WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR.

 

Please send your registration forms in as soon as possible.  All fees must be paid at the time of registration.  No registration will be processed until all requirements have been met. As always, if there is a financial difficulty, please please call the office at 516-223-5813.

Additional Documentation to Submit with the New to Program Registration Form

  1. A BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE (UNLESS BAPTIZED AT ST. CHRISTOPHER’S).
  2. LETTER OF TRANSFER (INDICATING GRADE LEVEL OF PRIOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION/CATHOLIC SCHOOL).
  3. FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CERTIFICATE (IF PREVIOUSLY ATTAINED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION).

ALL FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS MEMBERS OF ST. CHRISTOPHER’S PARISH.  COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE PARISH REGISTRATION FORM.
